Do you ship within India?
Yes, we currently offer shipping across India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and the type of product ordered.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are available only within India.
What is your return or exchange policy?
As our products are handcrafted, all sales are final. We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking via secure payment gateways on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible orders within India.
